We attempt to respond to all email within 24 hours, except Sundays and holidays. If you have not received an expected reply, some of the following may be why.
 
  • Typo in your email address.
  • Incomplete email address.
  • Your antispam settings will not allow our response to be delivered.

    ATTENTION Yahoo mail users, we have discovered that Yahoo may be filtering mail from us. If you do not receive an expected response you should check what ever folder your "junk" mail is sent to.

  • Antispam address
  • Large message or attachments, we except neither
  • Message is not plain text we do not except html or rich hmtl messages

The above are the most common reasons you have not received a reply to your inquiry or feedback.

For the first 2, the easiest solution is to send your email from your mailer, assuming your mailer is setup correctly a reply should be properly addressed.

For the third item, its up to you to be sure your mailer or ISP will accept mail from us.

For item four please include only valid email addresses.

Also note that we do not accept attachments or very large messages.

Due to the high incidence of spam with bogus queries, we recommend use of our inquiry form when requesting information. Inquiries that do not come in via the form will most likely be deleted by our spam filters.
